Wiki:
- "Bentoize" the wiki
- cleanup templates and pages
- add Portals (Repositories, Multimedia, Applications, .. )
- rework the content and structure
- use tango icons
- apply Bento theme
- Check all links to new main wiki

Start settings things up to make the wiki easily translatable
- Announce availability of translated pages (when bentoized)
- To Restricted_Formats, add: freetype, ktorrent, K3b (note: ktorrent in main repo is now provided with enabled DHT support)
